Who is The Financial Commission?

  • Ultima Markets is a member of The Financial Commission, an international independent body responsible for resolving disputes in the Forex and CFD markets.
  • The commission ensures that traders and brokers address their concerns fairly and transparently.
  • Additionally, all traders are offered enhanced protection through a dedicated Compensation Fund.
  • The fund will cover judgements issued by the Financial Commission with up to €20,000 per client (subject to the Commission's Terms and Conditions).
  • In the event of an unresolved dispute with Ultima Markets, clients may file a complaint with The Financial Commission.
