石油输出国组织及其盟友,统称为OPEC+,计划从10月起将推进增加石油产量的计划。作为逐步取消最近每天220万桶减产计划的一部分,10起将有8个OPEC+成员国计划每日增加产量18万桶,同时其他的减产措施将持续至2025年底。 

与此同时,在利比亚,阿拉伯海湾石油公司已恢复高达每天12万桶的产量以满足国内需求,但在派系之间的对峙导致该国大部分油田关闭后,出口仍然暂停。总得来说,原油价格已经连续两个月下跌,因为中国和美国的经济问题已经盖过了利比亚供应中断和中东地缘政治紧张局势加剧的影响。
