Ultima Markets – Important Notice Regarding Position Records for USC

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your trading experience and maintaining a seamless environment for all our clients, we would like to inform you about an upcoming adjustment affecting all account types on the MT4 platform, effective March 15, 2025.
Adjustment Details:

1. Automatic Account Archiving:

All MT4 accounts will be automatically archived if they meet all of the following conditions:

• No login record within 90 days

• No deposit or withdrawal record within 90 days

• Balance < 10 USD or Cent account balance < 100 USC

• No open positions or pending orders

2. USC (Cent) Account History Order Archiving:

In addition, for USC accounts:

• Closed position records older than 30 days will be archived.

• Open positions, balance, and credit records will not be affected and will remain fully visible.

3. Platform: This adjustment will take effect directly on the MT4 platform.

Friendly Reminders:

1. Irreversible Archiving: Once an account or history position records are archived, they cannot be restored.

2. Accounts meeting the auto-archiving conditions will be archived automatically without prior notice.

3. Export Your Records: We strongly encourage you to export your account statement from MT4 in advance to retain any records for your reference. Please click Here for step-by-step guidance on how to export your account statement.

4. This update applies only to historical orders and inactive accounts — all active accounts and trading operations will continue as usual.

5. Review your account activity regularly to ensure it remains active and unaffected by the auto-archiving process.

Trong lịch sử giao dịch của tài khoản, "Cổ tức & Tên chỉ số & số Lot" đều được gọi là hồ sơ điều chỉnh cổ tức. Số Lot ròng là tổng các lệnh mua và bán, trong đó lệnh mua là dương và vị thế bán là âm.

Ví dụ:

Khi bạn giao dịch hơn 5 lot DJ30, hồ sơ điều chỉnh cổ tức dưới dạng "Cổ tức & DJ30 & 5" sẽ được hiển thị trong lịch sử tài khoản; nếu giao dịch là lệnh bán 5 lot DJ30, hồ sơ điều chỉnh cổ tức dưới dạng "Cổ tức & DJ30 & -5" sẽ được hiển thị.
