Due to an upcoming Client Portal upgrade scheduled to commence on Saturday the 26th of November at 09:00 GMT+8 (server time 03:00 GMT+2), your Client Portal and UM APP access and features will be affected . The scheduled upgrade will have impact the following services:

1. Your Client Portal and UMAPP(including deposits and withdrawals) will be unavailable from 09:00 GMT+8 (server time 03:00 GMT+2) on Saturday 26/11/2022.

2. We anticipate that all services will resume by 18:00 GMT+8 (server time 12:00 GMT+2) on Saturday 26/11/2022.

Please make sure your funds in the trading account are enough to afford the market changes and the relevant settings of your positions.

Our clients are not required to do anything. Your services will come back online at when the maintenance is finished.

Ultima Markets futures contract products: CL-OIL, VIX, CHINA50ft, HK50ft, UKOUSDft will be rolled over soon, please refer to the table below.

Since rollover is not due to market factors, the old futures contracts will be automatically rolled over during the switch between the old and new contracts, and the positions of futures contracts, you are holding, will be subject to a corresponding rollover charge to reflect the price difference between those two contracts.

Investors should properly control their positions or adjust their stop-loss settings accordingly before the rollover.

During the half-hour before and after the opening of the rollover day, we will prohibit all internal transfers from accounts in the same name due to rollover adjustments.
