I. ภาพรวมของกฎ

ในช่วงที่มีการประกาศข่าวและกรอบเวลาที่กำหนด ตำแหน่งที่เปิดใหม่จะมีเลเวอเรจลดลงชั่วคราว เมื่อสิ้นสุดช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด เลเวอเรจจะกลับไปเป็นการตั้งค่าเดิมของลูกค้าโดยอัตโนมัติ
