歐央凍結利率，歐元盤旋高檔，股市難甩賣壓

繼上次減息行動後，歐洲央行（ECB）在7月例會如預期停下腳步，維持基準利率不動。 此舉反映出該行對區域通脹降溫無十足把握。 歐元週四隨之在兌1.093美元的水平徘徊，往前交易日創下的四個月高位靠攏。 

歐洲央行強調，境內價格壓力頑固，預估服務業通脹率將在明年持續超過目標設定。 最新通脹報告證實此擔憂，數據顯示6月通脹年率略微下降至2.5%，而核心通脹率保持在2.9%不變，服務業通脹率則維持在4.1%的峰值。  

儘管有不確定因素，市場依然期待9月再降息。 與此同時，美聯儲鴿派言詞可望繼續為歐元提供支援火力。

歐洲股市週四無法化解前日賣盤，開高後收低。 壓力主要集中在科技股。 斯托克 50 指數 (Stoxx 50) 下滑 0.44%，收在 4,870.12 點，而斯托克 600 指數 (Stoxx 600) 收平盤於 514.01 點（-0.16%）。 

斯托克 50 指數中最大權值公司艾司摩爾(ASML)股價重挫超過 3%，累計週跌幅逾 16%。 投資人對美國政府限制晶片業對中措施感到不安。 其他科技公司也遭拋售，SAP 和諾基亞分別跌落 2% 和 4%。 

科技股的低迷掩蓋了其他板塊的漲幅。 特別是汽車製造商逆勢而上，鎖住不錯漲幅。
