To ensure a more stable trading environment during major news events, Ultima Markets will implement the following temporary leverage adjustments during specific news releases, effective from June 23, 2025:

USD-Related News:

– Leverage for Forex, Gold & Silver, and Indices will be adjusted to 200:1.

– Oil leverage will remain unchanged.

Crude Oil-Related News:

– Leverage for Oil will be adjusted to 200:1.

News Related to Other Countries:

– Leverage for Forex pairs will be adjusted to 200:1.

The specification for US shares CFD will be adjusted during the upcoming US earnings season. Adjustment Details Effective Date: Since 16th , June 2025 Adjustment: The leverage of BVSPX CFD will be adjusted from 20:1 to “50:1”.

Leverage Adjustment During News Releases Daily Market Close

As part of our ongoing risk management measures—particularly during periods of increased market volatility—we would like to inform you of upcoming temporary leverage adjustments that will take effect from June 2, 2025. These changes are implemented to protect our clients and ensure the overall stability of the trading environment.

Leverage Adjustment Details:

1. Adjusted Leverage:

• All affected accounts will have Client Leverage and Fixed Leverage adjusted to 200:1.

• Note: If your existing leverage is lower than 200:1, it will remain unchanged.

2. Affected Products: Forex, Gold, Silver, Oil, and Indices

3. Affected Platforms: MT4 and MT5

4. Effective Time Periods:

• 15 minutes before and 5 minutes after major economic news releases.

• From 1 hour before market close on Friday to 30 minutes after market open on Monday

5. Applicable News Releases Include (but are not limited to):

• FOMC Rate Decision, CPI, PMI, NMI, PPI, GDP, PCE, Retail Sales, NFP (Non-Farm Payrolls), ADP (Private Employment), Crude Oil Inventories.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Positions opened during the specified periods will be subject to 200:1 leverage.

• After the specified period ends, positions will automatically revert to the account’s original leverage setting.

This temporary measure is essential for maintaining system performance and minimizing risks during periods of heightened market movement.

Ultima Markets – Important Notice Regarding Position Records for USC

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your trading experience and maintaining a seamless environment for all our clients, we would like to inform you about an upcoming adjustment affecting all account types on the MT4 platform, effective March 15, 2025.

Adjustment Details:

1. Automatic Account Archiving:

All MT4 accounts will be automatically archived if they meet all of the following conditions:

• No login record within 90 days

• No deposit or withdrawal record within 90 days

• Balance < 10 USD or Cent account balance < 100 USC

• No open positions or pending orders

2. USC (Cent) Account History Order Archiving:

In addition, for USC accounts:

• Closed position records older than 90 days will be archived.

• Open positions, balance, and credit records will not be affected and will remain fully visible.

3. Platform: This adjustment will take effect directly on the MT4 platform.

Friendly Reminders:

1. Irreversible Archiving: Once an account or history position records are archived, they cannot be restored.

2. Accounts meeting the auto-archiving conditions will be archived automatically without prior notice.

3. Export Your Records: We strongly encourage you to export your account statement from MT4 in advance to retain any records for your reference. Please click Here for step-by-step guidance on how to export your account statement.

4. This update applies only to historical orders and inactive accounts — all active accounts and trading operations will continue as usual.

5. Review your account activity regularly to ensure it remains active and unaffected by the auto-archiving process.
