ブラジルボベスパ指数、政治的混乱と経済危機で下落 

先週の金曜日、ブラジルのボペスパ指数は政治的混乱による売り圧力で始まり、0.1％横ばいの119,662ポイントで取引を終えた。同指数は、前週に0.9％下落した後、1年ぶりの安値に近づいている。 

最近の政策金利決定は新旧政府の間に差が生じ、特にフェルナンド・アダジ財務大臣は公共支出の増加に反対している。こうした財政政策は、ブラジルの金融資産の価値を低下させている。国営石油会社ペトロブラス（Petrobras）の株価は、原油価格が上昇し続けた1週間後にもかかわらず、1％下落した。資源大手ヴァーレ（Vale）の株価は、鉄鉱石相場が上昇する中、0.4％下落した。鉄鋼メーカーのゲルダウ（Gerdau）は売りに押され1.7％下落した。しかし、いくつかの構成銘柄は上昇し、回復に貢献した。マガジン・ルイザ（Magazine Luiza）の株価は2.2％上昇、アンベブ（Ambev）は1.6％上昇、WEGは1.4％上昇した。 

経済面では、ブラジル中央銀行の経済活動指数IBC-Brによると、4月の経済成長率は0.45％の予想に反してゼロ成長となり、経済の停滞を示唆した。インフレリスクを抑えながら政府支出を管理することが引き続き課題となっている。
