中国人民銀行利下げの影響受け、ハンセン指数は上昇

22日の香港・ハンセン指数は前日の2.0％安から一転、好材料を背景に前営業日比218ポイント（+1.25％）高の17,636で引けた。中国が不調な第2四半期GDP報告を発表した後、中国共産党第20期中央委員会第3回全体会議（三中全会）が開催された直後、景気刺激策が実施された。中国人民銀行は予想に反して、短期の主要政策金利を1年ぶりに引き下げ、最優遇貸出金利も最低水準まで引き下げた。 

利下げが長期的にテクノロジーセクターに恩恵をもたらすと投資家が考えたため、同セクターは2.1％上昇し、市場全体は3ヵ月ぶりの安値から反発した。金融株や消費者関連株も上昇した。 

しかし、中国の利下げは北京が経済的困難を認めたことを意味するのではないかという懸念により、市場の上昇は抑えられている。大型株では、ファーマロンベイジン（康龍化成）がファーマロンが上昇をリードし、上半期の純利益を前年同期比34～45％増と予想し、6.0％上昇した。その他、トリップ・ドットコム（携程集団）が4.7％、シャオミ（小米集団）が4.1％、イノベント・バイオロジックス（信達生物製薬）が3.8%などの上昇を記録した。
