欧州中銀　金利据え置き、ユーロが高値付近、欧州株売り圧力

前回の利下げ後、欧州中央銀行（ECB）は予想通り7月の理事会では追加利下げを見送り、主要政策金利の据え置きを決めた。この動きは、欧州中銀がインフレの減速に対するの懸念を抱いていることを反映している。18日、ユーロは1.093ドルで推移し、前日につけた4カ月ぶりの高値に近づいた。 

欧州中銀は、国内における物価上昇圧力の持続を強調し、サービス部門のインフレ率は今後1年間、目標を上回って推移すると予想した。最新のインフレ統計によると、6月のインフレ率は前年比で2.5％と若干低下したが、コアインフレ率は2.9％と横ばい、サービス部門のインフレ率は4.1％とピークに達した。 

不透明感にもかかわらず、市場は9月の再利下げに期待している。一方、ハト派的な米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）の発言は、引き続きユーロ高の支援材料になると予想される。

18日の欧州株式市場は前日の下落分を埋めきれず、高値で始まり、安値で引けた。売り圧力は主にテクノロジー株に集中した。ユーロストックス50 (Stoxx 50)は4,870.12ポイントで0.44％下落し、ストックス欧州600指数 (Stoxx 600)は514.01ポイントで0.16％下落で引けた。 

ユーロストックス50の最大手ASMLホールディングの株価は3％以上下落し、週間では16％以上の下落となった。投資家は、米国政府による半導体業界の対中輸出制限策を懸念している。他のテクノロジー企業も売り圧力がかかっており、エス・エー・ピー（SAP）は2％、ノキアは4％下落した。 

テクノロジー株の低迷は他のセクターの上昇に影響を与えた。特に、自動車メーカーはトレンドに逆行し、好調な上昇を記録した。
