フェルナンド・ハダド財務相(Fernando Haddad)はさらに、財政収支の均衡化、歳出上限の撤廃、財政責任法の順守といった枠組みの目的を詳しく説明した。これらの行動は、ブラジルの財政管理に対する国際的な信頼を回復することを目的としている。
