米FRB、11月金利据え置き 2会合連続 

米連邦公開市場委員会（FOMC）は、フェデラルファンド金利の目標範囲を5-1/4％から5-1/2％に維持することを決定した。FEBパウエル議長は、「インフレ率は長期目標の2％を大幅に上回っている。また、9月まで過去の12ヵ月間、PCE物価指数は3.4％上昇し、変動の大きい食品とエネルギーを除いたPCEコア・デフレーターは3.7％上昇した。」と記者会見で強調した。さらに、今後、金融の引き締めタイミングと程度については、これまでの利上げの累積的な影響、金融政策が経済活動とインフレに影響を与えるプロセスの遅れ、経済・金融市場の状況を考慮すると述べた。米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）の決議が発表された後、米ドル指数（DXY）は106.66から106.35まで下落した。

ISM製造業PMI、引き続き不調 

米サプライマネジメント協会（ISM）が発表した10月の米製造業景況感指数は、前月から2.3%下落し、46.7%となった。製造業が引き続き不調の傾向で推移している。新規受注が引き続き低迷する中、企業は需要の減退に応じて適切な生産管理を継続した。低迷の主な原因は、次の通り。 

1、新規受注数の減少は加速 

2、新規輸出受注数は縮小領域にとどまるが、小幅な上昇あり 

3、受注残数は小幅な減少であるが、まだ急激な縮小領域にとどまる
