美国2月零售销售的按月升幅上修至0.9%。 3月消费者支出保持强劲月升0.7%，大幅高于预期的0.3%。  

在13项分类中，有8类录得增长。 线上零售成长2.7%，加油站销售增长2.1%，其他各种零售商的销售额增2.1%，建筑材料和园艺用品销售额成长0.7%。 另外，食品和饮料店增0.5%。 健康和个人护理商店成长0.4%，食品服务和饮酒场所亦同。  

相较之下，体育用品、业余爱好、乐器和书店等行业下降1.8%，服饰减1.6%，电子和电器下滑1.2%，百货公司减1.1%，汽车销售减0.9%。家具减0.3%。 当剔除食品服务、汽车经销、建材和加油站项目后，对GDP贡献的核心零售销售大幅增加1.1%。
